Sean has a over 20 years of professional experience including 10 years as a Management Consultant for public and private organisations (SMEs & MNCs) in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to establishing his own practice, Sean was a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young Advisory Pte Ltd (Singapore). His main clients included the Singapore government as well as public sector, with key clients such as the Ministry of Defence (Singapore). Sean also spent five years as a Brand Management Consultant with regional boutique firm Activiste and has given strategic brand and positioning advise to many local and international organisations like Motorola and NatSteel (a TataSteel Enterprise).
During Sean’s career as an Officer with the Republic of Singapore Army, he was instrumental in directing and supervising the engineering activities relating to all communications equipment for the entire Army and played a key part in strategizing and structuring policies to govern their Lifecycle Management (from procurement to retirement).
In all, Sean has acquired extensive advisory domain competencies that are important to successfully managing any organisation.
