This is one of the leadership modules offered under the International Trading Institute (ITI@SMU) Internationalisation Skills Talent Development Programme. Limited observer seats are offered to SCCCI members. 

To achieve high performance in an increasingly dynamic and uncertain international business environment, organisations in every industry must create a strong internal capability to harness change for competitive advantage. The need to manage transformational journeys while simultaneously dealing with a fast-moving, changing environment requires companies to embrace continuous change while delivering results at a pace that is faster and more effective than their competitors.

In this one-day workshop, participants will go through a practice of engaging and influencing team members. During the session, they will be looking at answering some of these questions:

  • What goes WRONG during the initiation of a change management programme?
  • What ONE question must you answer about change?
  • What are the three essentials of managing change?
  • How can I create a tipping point in my team and organisation?
